The Celebrity Endorsement Tier is a part of the Abagale Courtside Equity Program that allows a celebrity to endorse a professional basketball team and invest in the program. In exchange for the endorsement and investment, the celebrity receives a 10% equity stake in the team, while Abagale receives a 5% equity stake. The team agrees to work with the celebrity to promote the team and the league, while Abagale provides support and guidance to all parties. The agreement is for a period of five years and can be terminated with 90 days notice, with a 120-day mediation process for any outstanding issues.
