This Tier Cost: $5000 set-up fee plus 15% Equity Fee.

INVESTOR
The Investment tier offers investors the opportunity to become equity partners in professional basketball teams.
The program offers three different tiers of equity: 20% for the investor and 10% for ABAGALE.
Investors will have the chance to provide financial support to their chosen team and have access to team games and events.
Premium
The Partnership tier offers investors a substantial equity stake in a professional basketball team.
The program offers a 49% equity stake: 30% for the celebrity and 19% for ABAGALE. Partnerships will last for ten years, after which they will be renegotiated.
Investors will have the chance to provide input on team decisions and operations, and will have access to team games and events.

REFERRALS: Refer celebrities to the program. Referrals who bring in celebrities that invest in any of the three tiers are entitled to 1% of the deal, with 0.5% coming from the celebrity and Abagale providing the remaining 0.5%.
You will also receive negotiated documentation for all parties to sign for legalization, ensuring that the terms of the agreement are fair and transparent. You will have the opportunity to work closely with ABA teams and contribute to their success while enjoying the benefits of owning equity in a professional basketball team.
