With a proven track record as a private banker, he has honed his skills in negotiating business and asset contracts, managing large teams, and running a successful real estate brokerage.

A natural leader with a drive for excellence, Ray is known for his unwavering commitment to his team and his ability to stay ahead of the curve. He has his sights set on reimagining the ABA League under the ABAGALE banner, and is always exploring new opportunities in the fast-growing sneakerhead reselling industry.

In addition to his experience in real estate development and investing, Ray is also in charge of ASRG, the ABA's real estate group. ASRG is focused on building multi-event venues that serve as the hub for ABA teams to play their games, and Ray's expertise and vision make him the ideal candidate to lead this initiative.

With a forward-thinking perspective, Ray believes that a renewed basketball and sports league would bring immense benefits to the world, and he is constantly seeking ways to integrate new technologies, such as De-fi banking, cryptocurrency, and non-fungible token smart contracts, into his business and financial strategies.
