Welcome to the exciting world of DigiSeat Pro, DigiSeat Asset and DigiArmRest, where we're redefining the concept of owning a part of live event venues. Partnered with Abagale Realty, we're planning multiple 2500-seat venue/arenas across the nation. These venues will be home to teams from the American Basketball Association (ABA), offering you an unparalleled opportunity to become part of this booming industry.

DigiSeat Pro, DigiSeat Asset Sharing and DigiArmRest membership present unique investment opportunities where you can own a fraction of a full DigiSeat Pro, which holds 15% of the ownership reward. DigiSeat Asset Sharing allows you to own 5% of a full DigiSeat Pro, while DigiArmRest allows you to own a 0.05% fraction.

For instance, if a ticket for an event costs $100:

1. If you own a DigiSeat Pro, you would receive a reward of $15 (15% of $100) each time your seat is used.

2. If you own a DigiSeat Asset Sharing, you would receive a reward of $5 (5% of $100) each time your seat is used.

3. If you own a DigiArmRest, you would receive a reward of $0.05 (0.05% of $100) each time your armrest slot is used.

#Once three (3) DigiSeat Asset Sharing or thirty (30) DigiArmRest are sold, one (1) full DigiSeat Pro will be deducted from the 2500-seat per-arena inventory. After all seats in an arena are sold, customers will then be moved to the next upcoming arena until all seats in the first 10 arenas are filled.
