Please note that possessing a Press/Media Pass does not guarantee automatic access to all events. Each event may have specific application procedures for media coverage, and you must follow them diligently. Sometimes, a direct conversation with the event promoter becomes necessary to secure media credentials. Rest assured, we'll guide you through the process to maximize your chances of success.
Press Pass Limitations
For fairness and equal opportunities, only two Press/Media Passes are allowed per Channel Owner. This restriction ensures that more creators get the chance to attend events and enrich their content.
Event Coverage and Resources
Many events will inquire if you are covering the event with photos, videos, or both. In the case of video coverage, having an extra camera person for interviews can greatly enhance your content quality. Remember, preparation and teamwork lead to exceptional coverage.
Verification and Approval Process
During the form fill-out, your details will be verified against your channel's authenticity and ownership. Once verified, you will receive immediate approval. Within one week, you'll receive your PDF badge credentials, which you can take to any printing facility like Kinko's, where you can have your badges professionally printed, laminated, and ready for use.
Credential Misuse Policy
We take the responsible use of Press/Media Pass credentials seriously. Any misuse of the pass, including unauthorized sharing, duplication, or presenting false information, may result in the revocation of your credentials.
