DIGISEAT ASSET TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by DigiSeat Asset (the "Company"). By accessing and using the services, you agree to comply with these Terms. 

1. OWNERSHIP Your DigiSeat Asset gives you ownership for the life of the venue. This ownership, lasting an estimated minimum of 50 to 75 years, is tied to a specific seat and can be passed down through generations. Verification of ownership will be via a unique Blockchain address. Ownership does not provide you with the right to occupy the seat during events, unless a ticket for that specific event is purchased separately.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE All purchases of DigiSeat Assets are final. No refunds will be issued.

3. COMMUNITY ACCESS: All owners will have access to an exclusive online community and a mobile app providing updates on venue events and related information.

4. EARNINGS & BONUSES: Our bonus program allows you to earn a percentage of your initial investment on a weekly basis. This bonus program, including the percentage rate, is subject to change without notice.

5. PERKS & DISTRIBUTIONS: Owners will be distributed perks based on their ownership tiers every year. All earnings will be paid out quarterly, and these payouts will commence from the opening day of the first venue.

6. VENUE INFORMATION: Owners will be provided with exclusive information regarding the locations of upcoming venues. This includes access to a special social media page showing the progress of construction.

7. SEATING ALLOCATION: We have over 250,000 seats for sale, and seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Owners are not guaranteed a seat in the venue of their choice.

8. RESERVED SEATS: We reserve the right to withhold a selected number of seats for promotional purposes, sponsorship arrangements, and VIP compensation.

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS: These Terms may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.
