Tokenomics
Token Supply: The total supply of tokens could be fixed at a certain number, for example, 2,500 tokens, each representing a seat in the venue. This fixed supply will help maintain the value of the tokens.
Token Distribution: The tokens will be distributed as follows per venue:
70% for Public Sale:
These DigiSeats will be sold to the public, allowing anyone to become a seat owner.
20% for Team and Advisors:
These DigiSeats will be allocated to the team members and advisors who contribute to the project.
5% for Community and Marketing:
These DigiSeats will be used for marketing the project and building the community, such as through airdrops, contests, and rewards.
5% for Reserve:
These DigiSeats will be kept in reserve for future needs, such as partnerships, collaborations, or unforeseen expenses.
DigiSeat Utility:
The DigiSeat will have several utilities, as discussed in the previous table. These include access to a virtual venue, exclusive content, voting rights, rewards program, community membership, resale rights, NFT staking, Metaverse and augmented reality experiences.
Revenue Sharing:
DigiSeat holders will receive a share of the revenue from ticket sales, with the percentage depending on the tier of their DigiSeats. For example, Platinum tier DigiSeats holders could receive 15% of the ticket price, Gold tier DigiSeat holders could receive 10%, and Silver tier DigiSeat holders could receive 7%.

DigiSeat Governance:
DigiSeat holders will have the right to vote on certain decisions related to the project, such as changes to the tokenomics, the types of events to be held, or the design of the venue.
Public Sale (70%): 2500 seats 70% = 1750 seats
Team and Advisors (20%): 2500 seats * 20% = 500 seats
Community and Marketing (5%): 2500 seats * 5% = 125 seats
Reserve (5%): 2500 seats 5% = 125 seats
